OCEAN VIEW IN KIBOGAOKA（以下「当ホテル」という。）では、お客様に安全にかつ快適にご利用いただくため、利用規則を定めておりますので、その遵守にご協力頂けます様お願い申し上げます。遵守いただけない場合は、やむを得ず、ご宿泊又は館内施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、又場合によっては損害をご負担いただくこともございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

1. 下記の項目は、ほかのお客様への迷惑となりますのでお持ち込みにならないで下さい。
   ・動物、鳥類、ペットの類
   ・悪臭又は騒音を発するもの
   ・火薬、揮発油その他発火、引火性のもの
   ・法により所持を許可されていない鉄砲、刀剣、違法薬物の類
2. 客室を宿泊以外の目的でご使用にならないで下さい。
3. 未成年者の宿泊は特に親権者の許可がない限りお断り申し上げます。
4. ホテル内及び敷地内で広告物の配布や物品の販売をしないで下さい。
5. 風紀を乱すような行為、ほかのお客様に迷惑のかかるような行為、違法行為はなさらないで下さい。
6. 声高や放歌、またテレビ等の音量を大きくするなどで、他のお客様に迷惑のかかるような行為はなさらないで下さい。
7. 館内外の諸施設や備品をほかの場所へ移動したり、加工したりしないで下さい。故意または重過失による汚損、破損、紛失については実費請求を申し受けます。
8. ご滞在中に客室から出られるときは施錠をご確認ください。ご在室中やご就寝時には、ドアの鍵をお掛け下さい。不審者の来訪には不用意に開扉なさらないようにご注意下さい。
9. 登録された宿泊者（同伴者を含む）以外のご来訪客を入室させることはお断り申し上げます。
   ※宿泊者以外の入室をさせた場合、追加料金を申し受けます。
10. 全客室は禁煙となっております。館内の決められた場所以外での喫煙はなさらないで下さい。その他火災の原因となるような行為はなさらないで下さい。なお、客室内で喫煙された場合は、寝具・カーテン・壁紙等のクリーニング費用その他補修等にかかる実費を申し受けます。
11. 万が一に備え、避難経路及び各階の非常口をご確認下さい。
12. チェックアウトの時間を延長希望の場合、必ず事前にお申し付け下さい。チェックアウト時間を経過後、退室いただけない場合、延長料金を申し受けます。また、客室へ連絡の上、スタッフが入室することがございます。あらかじめご了承下さい。
13. お忘れ物は発見した日から一定期間当ホテルにて保管し、その後は遺失物法に基づいてお取り扱いさせていただきます。なお、お忘れ物の発送にかかる費用につきましては、お客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
14. ルームキーの紛失については実費請求を申し受けます。
15. 駐車場利用について、ホテル前にある第一駐車場に無料の駐車場を10台分、第二駐車場に〇〇台分ご用意しております。

OCEAN VIEW IN KIBOGAOKA（hereafter referred to as the Hotel）In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the rules and regulations. Please cooperate in complying with them. If you do not comply with the rules and regulations, we reserve the right not to allow you to stay or use our facilities. In addition, please note that you may be liable for the damages caused in some cases.

1. Please do not bring in the following items as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.
   ・Animals, birds, and other pets
   ・Items that emit unpleasant odors or noise
   ・Gunpowder, volatile oil and other flammable items
   ・Guns, swords, illegal drugs that are not permitted to possess by law
2. Please do not use the room for any purpose other than accommodation.
3. Accommodation for minors is prohibited without the permission of the parent or guardian.
4. Please do not distribute advertisements or sell goods within the hotel premises.
5. Please do not engage in acts that disturb public morals, cause inconvenience to other customers, and acts prohibited by law.
6. Please do not disturb other customers by making loud voices, singing songs, or increasing the volume of TV etc.
7. Please neither move the facility item and equipment inside and outside the hotel to other places nor modify them. You will be charged actual costs for intentional or gross negligence in defacement, damage, or loss occurred.
8. During your stay, please make sure the guest room door is properly locked when you go out. Please latch the door when you are in your room or when you go to bed. Please be careful not to open the door in case of suspicious visitors.
9. Visitors other than registered guests (including their accompanying guests) are not allowed to enter the room.
   ※Please note that an additional fee will be charged if visitors other than the guest are in the room.
10. All rooms are non-smoking. Please do not smoke outside the designated smoking areas. Please do not do any other actions that may cause a fire. If you smoke in the guest room, you will be charged the actual cleaning cost of bed, curtain, wallpaper, etc.
11. In case of emergency, please check the evacuation route and the emergency exit on each floor.
12. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please let us know in advance. If you do not leave the room after the check-out time, an extension fee will be charged. And please note in advance that hotel staff may also enter your room for contact purposes in this case.
13. Lost-and-found items will be kept at the hotel for a certain period from the day they are found and will be handled in accordance with the Lost Goods Law after that. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs if you wish them to be returned by courier service.
14. If the room key is lost, the actual replacement cost will be charged.
15. There are free parking lot in our hotel. There are spaces for 10 cars in the first parking lot in front of our hotel. There are spaces for 〇〇 cars in the second parking lot.

1. 当ホテルは、ホテル前にある第一駐車場（10台分）、第二駐車場（〇〇台分）ご用意しております。ご利用は無料で先着順ですので、予約は不要です。
2. お部屋は、土足厳禁です。靴を脱いでご利用ください。
3. 外出の際
   ・必ず鍵をお持ち下さい。鍵の預かりは行っておりませんのでお客様ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。
   ・お部屋の鍵はオートロックではございません。外出の際は、しっかり戸締りを行ってください。
   ・ホテルエントランスは、セキュリティのためオートロックとなっております。チェックイン時の入館と同様に暗証番号をご入力ください。
4. チェックアウトについて
   ・チェックアウトは、一部のプランを除き午前10時までにお願いいたします。
   ・ロビーフロアのキーボックスに鍵をご返却ください。
   ・チェックアウト方法については、別ページの【チェックアウト方法について】をご確認ください。
5. チェックアウト時間の延長は、1時間毎に1,000円の延長料金を頂きます。
   延長をご希望される際は、必ず事前にお電話（098-983-3300）でご連絡をお願いいたします。
6. 連泊でご利用のお客様へ
   ・2日目以降はタオル・アメニティの補充はございません。追加をご希望の際は、有料（おひとり様700円）で承りますので18時までにお電話（098-983-3300）でお申し付けください。
   ・連泊でご宿泊の場合、中間清掃はございません。中間清掃をご希望のお客様は、有料（2,000円）で承ります。前日の17時までにお電話（098-983-3300）でお申し付けください。
   また、状況によってはお受けできない場合もございますので予めご了承下さいませ。
   ・中間清掃は、10時～14時となります。ご希望のお時間をお知らせください。
7. 喫煙について
   客室は、ベランダを含め全室禁煙となります。喫煙の際は、1階入り口横に喫煙所を設けておりますのでご協力をお願いいたします。
   ※非常階段は、非常時以外ご利用いただけないのでご注意ください。

To ensure a comfortable stay, please read the following information.

1.  There are free parking lot in our hotel. There are spaces for 10 cars in the first parking lot in front of our hotel. There are spaces for 〇〇 cars in the second parking lot.
   It will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required.
2.  No shoes in the room. Please take off your shoes before entering the room.
3. When going out
   ・Please be sure to bring the room key with you. We do not keep the key; the guests shall be responsible for keeping the key themselves. The hotel room door is not an auto-lock door. Please manually lock the door carefully when you go out.
   ・For security reasons, the entrance of the hotel is automatically locked.
   ・Please enter the check-in pin code to unlock the entrance door.
4. About check-out
   ・Please check out before 10:00 am except for special stay plans.
   ・Please return the room key and put it in the key box on the lobby floor.
   ・For check-out procedures please refer to the attached 【How to Check Out】
5. In case of extension of check-out time, an extension fee of 1,000 JP yen per hour will be
   charged.
   If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the hotel in advance by phone (098-983-3300).
6. For guests who book consecutive nights
   ・Towels and amenities will not be replaced after the second day. If you would like to have an additional set of towels and amenities, there will be an extra charge of 700 JP yen per person. Please contact the hotel before 18:00 by phone (098-983-3300).
   ・Rooms will not be cleaned during consecutive nights. If you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, a cleaning service fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. Please contact the hotel (098-983-3300) by 17:00 the day before. Please note that we may not be able to accept the cleaning service depending on the situation. Interim cleaning will be done between 10:00 and 14:00. Please let us know your preferred time.
7. About smoking
   All rooms, including the balconies, are non-smoking. If you smoke, please smoke in the smoking area located next to the main entrance on the first floor.
   ※Please note that the fire escape is only available for emergency use.
